If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. We provide free returns for all orders—no restocking fees, return shipping charges, or hidden costs apply to any return request that meets our eligibility criteria. This policy applies to all products, including discounted and sale items in our ceramic cookware and kitchen essentials range.

Return Eligibility Criteria


  • All returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and bonus items (e.g., storage organizers) included.
  • Products that have been damaged, altered, used beyond reasonable testing, or are missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date (not the order date); delivery dates are verified using our shipping and tracking records.

How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to our support team with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond promptly with a free pre-paid return shipping label and detailed packaging instructions.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the product(s) in their original packaging (or a sturdy alternative) and attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Return: Drop off the packaged return at the designated shipping partner location—no shipping costs will be charged to you for this step.

Return Inspection & Refund Processing


  • Once your returned product(s) arrive at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect them to verify compliance with our eligibility criteria. This inspection process takes 2-3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of successful inspection. The full purchase price (in USD) will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account, depending on their internal processing policies; this timeline is outside of our control, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.
  • Refunds include the full product price (including any applied discounts); since all orders qualify for free shipping, no shipping fees are applicable for refund.

Special Case Refunds (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products)
