Order Processing & Fulfillment


  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and fulfillment begins within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Prior to fulfillment, we may verify order and shipping address details for security purposes; this verification process will not cause significant delays to your order.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

Delivery Timelines


  • After fulfillment, standard delivery takes 6-12 business days to all destinations. This timeline applies uniformly to all orders, and delivery status can be tracked using the provided tracking number.

Shipment Tracking


  • A tracking number is generated and sent to the email address associated with your order once your shipment leaves our fulfillment center.
  • You can use the tracking number to view real-time shipment updates through our shipping partner’s platform. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged, Lost or Misdelivered Shipments


  • If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is misdelivered, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable).
  • We will work directly with our shipping partner to investigate the issue and provide a resolution—either a free replacement of the affected products or a full refund—at no cost to you.
  • All claims for damaged, lost, or misdelivered shipments must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for prompt processing.

Shipping Address Modifications


  • We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been fulfilled. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time of checkout to avoid delivery delays or misdeliveries.
  • If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and re-ship your order at no additional cost (our free shipping policy still applies).
